Logistics partner

The delivery of products purchased in our online store is organized by our partner, Boxy Logisztikai Zrt., under its own authority or on behalf of courier service providers (DPD, Foxpost).

Shipping methods

Home delivery

• If you choose this, we will deliver your package to the address you specified within the entire territory of the country. This address can be your home address or even your work address.
• If you cannot receive the package, the courier will try to deliver it the next day. We cannot influence the time of home delivery, unfortunately we have to ignore requests in this regard!
• You can also pay with the courier in cash or with a bank card if you haven’t settled your account with us before.

Delivery to parcel point

• You can choose the parcel point closest to you when placing your purchase.
• You will receive an SMS notification if your package is already at the point and you can pick it up.
• You have 1 week to collect the package, if this does not happen, the package will be returned to us.
• At the point of your choice, you can pay both with cash and by card in the case of cash on delivery.

Delivery to parcel locker

• You can choose the parcel machine closest to you when placing your purchase.
• You will receive an SMS notification if your package is already in the machine and you want to buy it.
• You have 1 week to collect the package, if this does not happen, the package will be returned to us.
• At the point of your choice, you can only pay by card in case of cash on delivery.

We tried to solve the issue as simply as possible, so we have the same shipping cost for all our packages throughout Hungary:

Like most online stores, we also have a limit, above which if you buy, we will reward you by taking over the shipping costs. Delivery is free if the value of your purchase exceeds this amount (except MPL shipping mode):

Delivery time

In the case of orders placed before 2:00 p.m. on working days, we strive to have them delivered to the courier service on the same day, if the necessary conditions are met (e.g. stock available, exact delivery address, etc.)

Delivery notification

After sending the order, you will receive an automatic confirmation to the specified e-mail address. Orders are processed continuously, purchases received on the given working day are usually delivered in the next 1-2 working days. You will receive a notification when your package is dispatched, and the courier service will indicate the expected delivery time. The courier service sends an SMS notification on the morning of delivery.

Can I collect the product in person?

At the moment, you cannot shop with us in person, we only operate an online store. You can order our products delivered to a parcel locker or to your home by courier service.

Do you also deliver on weekends?

No, courier service providers only work on working days.

Do you also ship abroad?

Currently, we only undertake home delivery within the territory of Hungary.
